02 / How we work
We start with a conversation about your goals, current systems, and constraints. This is free, and it lets us scope the work realistically before anyone signs anything.
You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Once agreed, we formalize it in a signed statement of work (SOW) that governs the engagement.
Projects are delivered in defined milestones with regular demos and check-ins. Billing is transparent and tied to those milestones — clients pay by credit or debit card or ACH, processed securely through Stripe, as milestone payments, deposits, or monthly retainers.
After launch we stay involved: maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing improvements under a support agreement or retainer, so your software keeps working as your business changes.
